人生新一章133

~”三談小費”~
在按摩業這是談不盡的話,
昨夜和按身同事談起小費,
公司規則:
客人的小費經公司轉交要扣除手續費;二十元扣五元、五十元以上扣十元.
私下打賞公司不扣分文.
同事芬略有微言,
據云有公司是小費全數給工人,
我卻不以為然,
我的角度有點特別;
老板經營這盤生意利潤微薄,
小費算是開心錢,
老板抽的開心也不為過,
而且大部份客人也愛親自打賞,
真正經老板的手給員工都有特別意思,
公司在這裡扮演一個不可缺少的角色,
所謂有功有勞有回報,
這個抽佣無可口非.
說到小費有時也千奇百怪,
聽說有次同事到酒店替客人按摩,
不知是有心還是無意,
這個旅客竟給二元作打賞,
真是頗大的打擊.
又有一次一個深夜怪客要凌晨二時才按完身,
拉著按摩師再談一小時,
忽然說要走就結了賬離開,
一毛錢小費也沒有,
氣得倦透的按摩師一夜也不能入睡.
按摩師還是有一個心魔;
收到鉅額小費就很想別人羡慕,
所以你少說小費同事就猜你有不可告人的小費,
那天就冷不提防給同事問我是否收了許多少費,
“吓!…..唔係啞…..”事實也不是大數目,
但卻一陣心悸….莫非我作了虧心事….奇怪….~.~!
